Astra AI is a mobile application operated by Viga Entertainment Technology Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") that provides personalized horoscopes, astrological insights, and AI-powered astrological analysis based on user-provided birth information.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By using our Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Israeli Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Tel Aviv, Israel.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
