1. Nature of the Service

The app provides:

• A simulated stock trading environment for educational purposes
• AI-generated educational content and analysis (not financial advice)
• Social features for sharing simulated trades and learning
• Leaderboards tracking virtual (not real) performance

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this app. By using Tradika.AI, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account with others
• You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium subscriptions are offered at $4.99/week or $12.99/month
• Subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• To cancel, use your app store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies
• We do not process payments directly — all billing is handled by the respective app store
• Subscription fees are for access to the educational simulator features only

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any real financial transactions
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboards fraudulently
• Post spam, harassment, or illegal content in the social feed
• Impersonate other users or real financial entities
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the app
• Distribute or resell access to the app or its content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, AI models, and features within Tradika.AI are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission. Your user-generated content (posts, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the app.

7. Market Data

Stock price data displayed in the app is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed. This data is provided for educational simulation only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data. Do not rely on this data for real investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tradika.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app
• We are not liable for real financial losses made based on anything in this app
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Google Play, Apple, Firebase)

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction. By using the app, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
