By using Charmer.AI, you agree to this privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

- Account stuff: Name, email, age (18+ verification)

- Conversations: Messages you send to our AI coach

4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Google Firebase
Used for authentication, database, and cloud functions. They may collect authentication tokens, device info, and performance data.
4.2 Google Gemini AI
Powers our conversation coaching. Your messages are processed by Gemini but NOT used to train their public models.
4.3 Google Analytics
Helps us understand how you use the app (anonymized and aggregated).
4.4 RevenueCat
Manages premium subscriptions. Doesn't have access to your payment details (handled by Apple/Google).
5. Data Security
Where Your Data Lives
Stored on Google Cloud Platform servers with automatic encryption at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS).
How We Protect It
- Encryption: All data encrypted during transmission
- Access control: Only authorized team members, only when necessary
- Firebase Auth: Secure login mechanisms
- Regular audits: We constantly review and update security
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data kept as long as your account exists
- Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days
- Conversations: Stored until you delete them or your account
- Analytics: Anonymized data may be kept indefinitely
- Legal requirements: Some data may be kept longer if required by law
7. Your Rights
Access & Export
- View all your data in Settings β My Data
- Export conversation history (JSON or PDF)
- Request full data copy: admin@viga.app
Correction
- Edit profile info anytime in Settings
- Update preferences and communication style
- Correct any inaccurate data
Deletion
Two ways to delete:
- In-App: Settings β Account β Delete Account (instant)
- Website: charmer.ai/delete-account
We'll delete your account within 24 hours, remove all conversations within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email.
8. Age Requirement
Charmer.AI is for 18+ only. We don't knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we discover underage usage, we delete that data immediately.
