By using Charmer.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Don't agree? Then don't use the app—simple as that.

This is a legally binding agreement between you and Charmer.AI.

2. Who Can Use This App

3.1 The Right Way

Charmer.AI helps you build genuine communication skills. Use it ethically and responsibly.

3.2 We're Watching (Content Moderation)

Our AI declines inappropriate requests. If you try to misuse the service:

• Your request gets flagged and may be reviewed
• Repeated violations = account suspension
• Serious violations = immediate termination
• We may report illegal activity to authorities

4. Who Owns What

4.1 Your Content

You own everything you submit to Charmer.AI (messages, feedback, etc.).

But by using the app, you grant us permission to:

• Process your content to generate AI responses
• Store your content to provide the service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI
• Display your content back to you

4.2 Our Content

All AI-generated content, app design, code, and branding belong to Charmer.AI. You can't copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Money Stuff (Subscriptions)

5.1 Free Tier

Limited daily AI interactions and basic features. We can change free tier limits anytime with notice.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Pricing:

• Monthly: $9.99 USD/month
• Yearly: $59.99 USD/year ($4.99/month equivalent)

Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (subject to their terms).

5.3 Billing & Renewals

• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before current period ends
• You're charged 24 hours before renewal
• Manage or cancel in your device's App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current period

5.4 Refunds

Handled by Apple/Google according to their policies:

• Apple: Request through App Store (usually within 14 days)
• Google: Request through Google Play (usually within 48 hours)

5.5 Price Changes

We can change prices. You'll get 30 days' notice before any increase. Continued use = acceptance of new price.

6.1 No Guarantees

6.2 AI Limitations

Our AI may:

• Occasionally give incorrect suggestions
• Misunderstand context
• Generate responses that don't fit your situation
• Show bias despite our efforts

Use your judgment. Always consider the specific context and other person's feelings.

6.3 Not Professional Advice

Charmer.AI is NOT a substitute for:

• Therapy or counseling
• Mental health treatment
• Relationship counseling
• Legal advice
• Medical advice

6.4 Service Availability

We provide the service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Prompt defect corrections
• Freedom from viruses
• Accurate or reliable results

6.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charmer.AI is NOT liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages from using or not being able to use the service
• Actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Interactions with third parties from using the service

Our total liability = the amount you paid in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

7. If Something Goes Wrong (Indemnification)

You agree to protect Charmer.AI from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of anyone else's rights
• Content you submit

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with these third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, database, cloud functions
• Google Gemini AI: AI conversation generation
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Google Analytics: Usage analytics

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their actions.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. Key points:

• We collect only necessary data
• We don't sell your personal information
• You can delete your data anytime
• We use industry-standard security

10. Changes to These Terms

We can modify these Terms anytime. When we make significant changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date
• We'll notify you via email and/or in-app
• For material changes, we'll request explicit consent

Continued use after changes = acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Ending Your Account

11.1 By You

Delete your account anytime:

• In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Website: charmer.ai/delete-account
• Email: admin@viga.app

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account shows fraudulent or abusive activity
• The law requires it
• We discontinue the service (with 30 days' notice)

11.3 What Happens After Termination

• Your access is immediately revoked
• Your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Active subscriptions aren't refunded (unless required by law)
• Some sections of these Terms survive termination

12. Disputes

12.1 Try to Work It Out First

Before filing any legal claim, email us at admin@viga.app and try to resolve it informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.3 Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration (where legally allowed). You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

You can't transfer these Terms without our consent. We can assign them without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We're not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).
